Testing out InStyler with different styling technique
Straight and slightly curled inwards
I found this style hard because I was not familiar with how it works.I was also hesitant to use the device on my hair. I washed my hair as I do daily before each styling. So, I used my regular daily protein spray and leave-in treatment. After that, I blow-dried it. Then I started to use it and hope for the best result.
I kept the bristles up, pulled my hair through it in the way it directs. If you want to bend the hair slightly inside, then rotate your wrist to bend the hair. Start from the nape of your neck in a small quantity. Then, reach to the crown of the head. As you go towards the top of your head, direct your hair upwards. Doing this will make your hair look voluminous ( as is demonstrated on the website). Although, you can do the same thing with the flattening iron to achieve the same look. The result is impressive. My hair looks smooth and shiny hair. Also, it looked voluminous throughout the day.
Flipped out
To get this look, you have to reverse the InStyler so that the bristle is downwards. Again, as you have done in the previous hairstyle – start from the nape of your neck in a small quantity and reach to the top of your head. For this hairstyle, you have to curl your hair inside out in the crown layer of hair. You will be able to achieve this look easily if you know how to handle the InStyler device. I liked the results. My hair looks fabulous, shiny, smooth and voluminous.

Straight hair
Honestly, I found it difficult to straighten my hair with this device. It is good for curling your hair but not for straightening. It is better to use flattening iron.
Review of the InStyler
Promises of the brand InStyler
The website claims to give lifted and fullness to your hair from the root. It also claims to give flips in a few seconds and it stays for a long time. Moreover, it guarantees to straighten the coarse hair and give that voluminous look. You can curl your hair as much as you want and then straighten it within 8 minutes.
Review
The lift and full was good. It gives a great volume to your hair and you can easily style your hair slightly or severely. The style was long-lasting and it kept the hair long lasting throughout the day. Although, InStyler is a great device it lags when it comes to speed. The claim of eight-minute full style was a little too much. The InStyler takes the same speed as flattening iron or curling iron. I think it is effective for sure but it lags when it comes to speed. If you want to get curls, then go for it. But, I would not recommend straightening.
