Breakfast is undoubtedly the most important meal of the day. A balanced breakfast helps you to start your day and run your day effectively.
I worked with someone this week who told me about these sliced apples, topped with peanut butter and granola for breakfast. The fun part was how the apple was sliced - in the middle like donuts!
This sounded like a great, new morning idea for kids, excited about the exciting new situation and asking for seconds and then a third! Of course, you can add these apple slices to whatever you like.
Directions: Remove the center of the apple with the apple core, and cut around the center of the apple. After that, add your peanut butter and granola toppings and whatever else you would like to do. And voila! Yum yum !!
Remember what they said about the apple on the day of the doctor’s absence? Yes, indeed, as apples have some amazing health benefits. For example, apples contain antioxidants that are known to have anti-cancer properties. It also lowers cholesterol and high blood pressure.
Apples will also help to improve your health by working with other nutrients from your other diet to improve your immune system. For example, eating fruit is a universally accepted way to boost your immune system. So with this recipe, you will not just keep the doctor away; you will also enjoy a satisfying breakfast.
It is a new way of eating healthy, and everyone should try it. Be careful now, though, as it will soon become a favorite breakfast of everyone in the house.
