There are different ways people prefer their chocolates. Some want it hot and enjoy the steam on their tongues while some prefer it cold because that seems to be more pleasurable to them. A portion of the people who prefer the cold option do because they do not know how to make hot chocolate from scratch and hence, they have no option of hot chocolate.
Here is the perfect solution you need to make your version of hot chocolate. Making hot chocolate is easy and does not require much ado too. Basically, you need a bar of milk or dark chocolate. More so, you need a serrated knife.
A serrated knife is necessary because it is the perfect tool you need to chop the chocolate. As your milk or dark chocolate is subjected to a hot condition, there are little shards of the chocolate that are produced as the chocolate melts easily. It is at this point that you use your serrated knife on the melting shards of the chocolate.
Get a tangible amount of the shards of chocolate. You can use a spoon to scoop them because some spoonfuls will be enough. Simmer your milk for some minutes. After the milk is about to simmer, add the shards of melted chocolate into it.
Here you go – your hot chocolate is ready to be served and enjoyed.
