Seeing your child grow up into a picky eater is a big issue to swallow, especially if you are a lover of all kinds of food. You will be surprised how in the world your child does not eat and enjoy all that seems pleasurable to you.
Well, if you permit a child, he just wants to have a bucket of candy for breakfast, a pack of cookies as lunch, and as many chocolate bars as possible for dinner. As he grows, he may have other meals he enjoys but they may not always be healthy for him. Allow him to plan a diet meal and you may be surprised with the different options of the meal he would have included.
Children are not lovers of vegetables until you make them one. However, you can plan your diet meals well such that, your kids can grow from hating vegetables to seeing their healthy and nutritious benefits to their bodies. You can tell them stories of how you became ill because you did not eat salad for a week.
Some minerals are peculiar to veggies and cannot be easily gotten in other types of meals. Also, you can bring them up by introducing them to a fixed meal plan from childhood. They are forced to follow the routine.
With all these efforts, you have saved your child from being a picky eater.
