Everyone who does not tolerate gluten has one thing in common: having limits on what we can eat and looking at dietary supplements so that you do not become a victim of intolerance and apathy.
It is always a relief to have our appetites in gluten-free recipes and to learn new recipes to protect our health.
What does it mean to have a gluten-free diet?
Gluten is a protein commonly found in wheat, rye, and barley. Gluten-free foods do not contain gluten which causes celiac disease, wheat allergies, and other gluten-related health problems. Therefore, those who cannot tolerate gluten should avoid gluten and other related ingredients and look for other gluten-free but healthy alternatives.
On the other hand, however, people who are gluten intolerant may decide to choose gluten-free foods for better health.
As the only person who does not tolerate gluten in my office, I often feel a little lost when it comes to office parties. But dear Dan in our office found these chocolate cookies for Tate’s gluten-free chip. He invites them in whenever we have a party. They are excellent — everyone agrees that there is no difference in taste and transportation.
Finding a gluten-free chocolate cookie is like finding a needle in a haystack. So you can imagine my excitement when dear Dan told me about this gluten-free miracle!
Aren’t you tolerant of gluten but still don’t want to miss out on all the beautiful chocolate cookies you should be given? Well, this is the Holy Grail! There are other chocolate-free chocolate scattered recipes and cookbooks that you can try at home.
Bon appetite and share the good news of this discovery.
