With a few ingredients such as zucchini, carrot, onion, mushrooms, salad, salt, grits, and cheese. The whole process is simple because it is a quick vegetable soup. Put all the vegetables in boiling water and allow them to boil for 3 minutes. Add the grits to the boiling liquid and cook the vegetables for 6 minutes.
