When I meet friends, it seems like you can’t collect 3 of us without experiencing at least five allergies (i.e., like gluten-freer, I’m about). And cooking can be a real challenge if you have to balance out milk, gluten-free, sugar, vegan, vegetables, and more.
At times it may seem that people with certain food allergies are completely barred from enjoying any recipe like the one without allergies. However, even those with a limited diet need to be extremely careful about what we eat; there are other ways to enjoy our favorite foods,
If you’re just like me, I understand what you’re going through. To make life easier for you, I bring you three appetizers for allergies, all easy to do. Feel free to customize food for any of the dishes listed:
A mixture of avocados, fresh tomatoes, fresh cilantro, lime juice, green peas, and everything healthy, you can’t really talk about healthy desserts without a thing or two about guacamole. Surprisingly, this meal is on everyone’s list of 3 free gluten-free and diary entries.
• Chocolate biscuit
Who’s to say you can’t enjoy a light chocolate biscotti meal twice without gluten and nuts? Well, I took this off when I did it for my daughter, who was allergic to peanuts and life-threatening nuts. And let me tell you – it was a new, happy family for my family.
• Home-made crackers
Here, you have the option of feeding your children while keeping them healthy. Go for healthy and pure thyme crackers with fresh egg, nuts, and milk-free or these gluten-free crackers, and bet your kids won’t want another cracker-based drink.
By adjusting the recipe a bit, you can turn food that is often allergic into healthy and consistent with allergies.
Enjoy the feeling these recipes are bound to cause your taste buds!
