I remembered visiting my friend’s house. She was so happy to see me and my baby. He was ready to provide us with anything that would satisfy our long journey to his destination. After she finished cooking and we were served, I was surprised that she had just given us a portion of broccoli soup.
After returning home, my daughter repeatedly asked for food. I was forced to ask my friend for his recipe. Yes, she (Ariel) shared it with me, and here is a recipe.
Ariel Broccoli Soup
Sprinkle 1 chopped onion with 1 large carrot butter and a little olive oil
Add the peeled potatoes divided into three or eight portions depending on the size of the potato, resulting in 2 cups of mashed potatoes.
Add broccoli and cauliflower flowers if you like, in bulk
Add quality vegetable stock (I love Knorr pots of Knorr)
Fill with water so that all the ingredients are immersed
Add salt, pepper, and a pinch of cumin
Bake for 20 minutes
Put in a food processor and you are done.
