We recently took our boys to Paris for the first time. One of their favorite experiences was when, like so many other tourists, we carved their initials on a lock and secured it to a bridge. It made us think that they next time we go on a trip, we should bring another lock. They loved the idea that they could return and find a little piece of themselves there.
