Who knew that Starbucks regulates their kids’ drinks to 120 degrees, 30 degrees lower than what the temperature is for adults…I’m so used to making my daughter wait at least 10 minutes before she can take a sip of an ordered hot chocolate…but yesterday when I did that at Starbucks—when I sipped it to check it—it was almost not hot enough! Such a good idea that hopefully other businesses will copy!

    Knowing that 120′ is a ”cooler” hot temp, I’ve found that most independent coffee shops will accomodate the request as well :)

    Most barista’s do this – or at least I always did. It’s just common sense!
