We discovered this awesome outdoor/indoor fireplace on what might be one of our new favorite sites, Inhabitots. The designers’ concept was to create “an enclosed space for fire, storytelling, and playing.” Somehow I don’t think that those three words would every be in the consideration set as inspiration for a playground commission in the US!
Is there any scandinavian design I don’t love? Apparently not. This is so awesome and would be amazing to grow up with.
