We love everything about Suzanne Goin’s beautiful American brasserie, Tavern, in West L.A. We wanted to immediately replicate her artful—yet simple and doable—presentation of fruit and sorbet. Good for kids as well as for a dinner party, you simply layer beautiful seasonal fruit between tiny scoops of ice-cream or sorbet.
