Our friend Becky had her hair up in this cute cotton kerchief/headband that she found at J. Crew. Sadly we can’t find it on the site, but it’s often the case that you can find it in stores even if it isn’t online. alternatively we like the look of this bandanna one from Amazon. What we like about these as opposed to just tying up our regular bandannas, is that this will sit where you want it to, and won’t slip as much.
I think these are perfect for summer.. there is a pattern to make these in Heather Ross’ book “Weekend Sewing”.. Just a heads up.

They’re great for the summer to keep her head out of the sun and her hair out of her face and she gets complimented on them all the time… great accessory
