    I use a different app, but I totally do this! I’ve increased the amount of push ups I can do from 2 to nearly 20 after doing the 7MW 2-3 times a week for a couple months. It is a busy mom’s best friend. Enjoy!

    For max impact you need to do it three times (that’s what the authors of the study found). It’s great tho.
