I have so much honey and jam in our pantry (can’t help myself from buying it whenever we are traveling), and because we are a savory breakfast family–we end up not using it. While walking around Venice over spring break, we spotted a wine bar that had a huge selection of cheeses that they served with assorted honey, marmalades, and jams. I do have some friends who have served one jam or honey on a cheese board–it’s varied from raspberry to fig jam, and honey like acacia or truffled, but I haven’t ever seen an assortment of them served up alongside the cheeses.
