We are loving the food from a truck trend that is happening across the country. My family and I had truly delicious snoballs made with agave nectar (instead of sugar) at a pumpkin patch this fall from Belly’s of the east end of Island, New York.  They serve dozens of flavors like creamscicle and peach from their bright orange truck and do parties for those in the area. We are always happy when old-school industries reinvent themselves with modern parents in mind.
