I was at my favorite grocery store on the East Coast, Wegman’s—and saw a yogurt I hadn’t heard of before, Noosa, so I figured I’d try it out. The next day, I was with a friend who has an extremely discerning palate, and we tried it. It wasn’t just good, it was great. Like so good, that I could have a couple of spoonfuls for breakfast, or dessert, and it would be enough. Rich, creamy, not chalky at all. It’s “Aussie style” yogurt that is made in Colorado. Who knows what that exactly means, but it sounds good.
