After having been away all weekend, I realized we had no bread for sandwiches. We did, however, have a stash of tortillas, a can of black beans, and a bit of the cheddar block left in the refrigerator. I threw in a clove of crushed garlic while heating up the beans. Then I buttered the outside of the tortilla, grated cheese on top, poured a couple of spoonfuls of beans inside and rolled it up. My boys loved it even at room temp in their lunches.
