We are now at the age where we just can’t be eating too many carbs. So, we are always on the lookout for new ideas for little appetizers…here, our friend Becky served up some toasted pepitas, fennel, and French feta, which is a little more mild than the Mediterranean. The fennel was the carrier for the cheese, or good just dipped into the garlicky olive oil.

    Anyway, I think that statement just summed-up my life.

    PS., the fennel is a great idea. Never would have used that but I love it.
