There’s a great cafe in Tribeca called Kaffe 1668, where they have a Greek yogurt breakfast option that is genius. First, they scoop the yogurt (plain is best) so it looks like ice cream balls. Then they add in toasted nuts (I think these were pecans, but walnuts would do too). Then some maple syrup on top of that. So easy, fast, and filling.

    Maple syrup is pure sugar which is a carb.

      got ya–i shoulda said “low”…for me, no bread equals no carb!!!
