egg cooker

On school mornings, breakfast has to be no more complicated than cereal and milk or toast and jam; I need the flexibility to leave the kitchen to gather homework, pack backpacks, brush teeth, etc.  But the Chef’s Choice Egg Cooker has changed all that.  It’s a true fix-it and forget-it appliance that works every time. I simply fill the reservoir with a quarter cup of water, load eggs in the tray, choose a setting on the soft-to-hard-boiled continuum, and press the button. When the eggs are done,  the cooker beeps and calls us all to breakfast. Lift lid, remove shells, enjoy. If you don’t want to remove shells, there’s an attachment for poached eggs. Imagine,  perfectly poached eggs without standing over your stove!

Here’s to hassle-free protein even on the busiest of mornings!

agh! I hate kitchen appliances like this.. you’ll use it for a week and then no one wants eggs anymore. it sits in your cupboard accumulates dust and takes up space.

So far, so good, Missy. I also hate the kitchen wonders that end up at the back of the cupboard but……..after six months in, we still like eggs! My son’s teacher gave us parents a speech about the importance of eating protein before school (that and early bedtimes, bless her heart) and my son doesn’t eat peanut butter – so he’d better not get sick of eggs. :)
