My mother, an amazing cook would make these ribs when company came. I always thought it was too difficult to attempt. But when my friends came to dinner I decided to give it a try!
Preheat oven to 460.
Whole jar of Hoisin sauce
2 tbs soy sauce
3 tbs honey
3 tbs sesame oil
1/4 cup Scotch
2 tbs grated ginger
Mix coat ribs in sauce and reserve some for basting
Cook 15 min
20 min reduce to 375 for an hour 1/2
Every 15 min baste and turn. Keep a watchful eye so as not to burn. Let it rest for 15 min and then cut between each rib. You can garnish with chopped chives or scallions. Enjoy!
