I’m officially obsessed with Jenny Rosenstrach’s cookbook, Dinner A Love Story. After following her, and her husband Andy’s blog for a few years, I was insanely happy to find the book!

After toting the book around with me for the past 2 weeks to every meeting, coffee shop, school car pickup line and grocery store, I found a few spare minutes during the day to read and frantically mark all the recipes I wanted to try. Jenny’s main goal was to have a sit down home made dinner every night for her family. I was so inspired, I started cooking my head off and found the leftovers happily stockpiling up in my freezer. The recipes are easy, tastefully sophisticated, and of course kid centric, with room for pushing the boundaries. There’s also a smart hilarious story on how to entertain an adult dinner party with the kids sleeping soundly in their bedrooms! It was a great tip and totally worked! Dinner A Love Story reads like a novel, take it to bed with you and read at the end of an exhausting day. It will be interesting to see what Jenny and Andy come up with next. For now it’s back to the blog…and my freezer full of deliciousness!
