We just spent an evening with our friends who are in the restaurant business, and they put out this fantastic condiment on the table that they said they eat with everything. It’s just yogurt or sour cream (they suggest a thicker yogurt, or a Greek yogurt–or sour cream if you’re not worried about the fat content), and then they add paprika, olive oil, and some parsley. It’s lovely to have on the side of pretty much anything.  Trust me, it looked so lovely–everybody just dug into it before I could snap the picture!
