Our friend Liana always has the most epic cheese and charcuterie boards, which usually have some quince paste, maybe some walnuts and almonds, grapes, and olives. At her most recent dinner party, she had some mozzarella as well, along with some of this balsamic vinegar glaze, which I’d never had before. We just put a little of it on the mozzarella, and it was insanely good. Then we proceeded to put a little of it on everything—delicious. It’s a flavor booster to have around that, without making a dressing, kicks everything up a notch…And we’re talking way beyond the cheese board—my brother who is a private chef says we have to try it drizzled on vanilla ice cream.
