Several years ago a friend of ours brought to dinner a boxed cookie mix from Jacques Torres. We made it together that night, and we all couldn’t get over how beyond amazing they were. Since then, I wrote about them in Cookie, and have recommended them to countless friends. They’re a great thing to bring to someone’s house as a host gift, or to have in the back of the pantry, for a weekend activity that’s all ready to go.
