Can a baby bottle be a thing of beauty? The answer is yes. Witness the Comotomo Natural Feel Baby Bottle, whose softly curved egg-shaped form and pliable silicone surface resembles nothing so much as… well, as a boob, but in the best possible way. Granted, my first reaction upon seeing it was that it was simply another (pricey-ish) baby-related gimmick—why all the bells and whistles when my serviceable Dr. Browns would do just fine? But I was wrong. Not only does it feel wonderful in your hand; not only does it elevate the often-mundane chore of bottle feeding into an aesthetically pleasing experience; and not only is it nontoxic, unbreakable, and practically leakproof. Most of all: after my 3-month-old son recently went on an unexplainable nursing and bottle strike, the Comotomo was the only thing out there that worked. Thank you, Comotomo.
